My career covers nearly three decades in the wage and hour arena. In the last 15 years I have been engaged in private consulting, and I still find that my long term clients appear surprised by certain aspects of my practice. Time and experience often puts big questions into perspective. Sometimes I still get a question I’ve never had to answer. Sometimes I see an old question in a new situation.
